La identidad profesional: Una cualidad esencial para la formación inicial del psicopedagogo

Abstract

La identidad profesional constituye una cualidad esencial en la formación inicial del psicopedagogo dado por la complejidad y singularidad de lo objeto, campo y esfera de actuación. No obstante se advierten limitaciones en el accionar y en los modos de actuación de los estudiantes del 1er. año de la carrera en cuanto a la concientización del desempeño profesional y el sentido de partencia en su proceso de formación; por otra parte se evidencia insuficiente sistematización de los contenidos que desde el currículo permitan contribuir a la identidad profesional, particularmente en la disciplina Fundamentos Pedagógicos de la Educación. En tal sentido se propone elaborar acciones o vías que promuevan la identidad desde el 1er año con el fin de propiciar desde los primeros años de esta un comportamiento acorde a las exigencias de la sociedad cubana actual.
