As possibilidades de ruptura da violência sexual infantil intrafamiliar com a participação ativa do educador e da escola

Abstract

Este artigo de revisão bibliográfica se propõe a discutir dialeticamente a participação da escola e do educador no combate ao abuso sexual infantil intrafamiliar. Esta violência é presente desde as primeiras datações históricas e é apresentado em algumas culturas como algo natural. No Brasil, através do Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente, sancionado em 1990, qualquer forma de violência cometida a esta faixa etária passou a ser punida. Dentro das problematizações apontadas, a escola e o educador são elementos essenciais na luta pelos direitos sociais da criança ao tornarem-se promotores do enfrentamento do abuso sexual infantil intrafamiliar dentro e fora do ambiente escolar.
