Estrategia comercial para los servicios de metrología

Abstract

Esta Estrategia está encaminada a proponer vías para solucionar las insuficiencias que presenta la prestación de servicios metrológicos a las diferentes Empresas. De la experiencia obtenida a través de nuestra investigación, mediante diferentes métodos (encuestas, entrevistas, observaciones, visitas comerciales, etc.) se puede incrementar la prestación de servicios a nuestros clientes. El problema de no realizar las ventas o servicios con eficiencia, puede llevar a que los clientes no resuelvan satisfacer sus necesidades y quedar disgustados con nuestra oferta, que de antemano se vieron en la obligación de pedir. Pocas veces analiza el producto o servicio usando el conocimiento científico, solo su vía necesaria.
