El proceso de evaluación del desempeño como herramienta para el proceso de toma de decisiones

Abstract

El correcto funcionamiento y por consiguiente los resultados satisfactorios que obtenga una empresa, están dados por la relación y correspondencia que tengan la organización de los procesos que la forman, de ahí la importancia que tiene el diagnóstico y perfeccionamiento de estos. Es una realidad que en un mundo en crisis económica y de usuarios más exigentes cada día, se hace necesario alcanzar un nivel mayor en el desempeño empresarial, traducido en elevar el nivel de satisfacción de los mismos sobre la base de una utilización racional de los recursos financieros, materiales y humanos. Es por ello que las empresas del mundo incluidas las cubanas, dirigen sus esfuerzos a ser cada vez más eficiente y eficaz, en este sentido. El objetivo de la presente investigación estuvo orientado a la revisión de la literatura especializada acerca de los temas relacionados con el desempeño empresarial, su evaluación junto con la Gestión y el Enfoque basado en proceso.
