La formación de competencias y la dirección en educación superior, una necesidad ineludible

Abstract

Se realiza un análisis de las competencias en el proceso formativo, su surgimiento, conceptualización, clasificación e importancia para la formación integral de los profesionales en la Educación Superior; así como un análisis de la Dirección como proceso, desde sus características distintivas, fases del ciclo directivo, hasta su formación en la Universidad. Todo lo cual nos permite determinar las competencias generales de dirección a formarse en la Universidad, como formarlas, desde que principios, con que preceptos y como ello tributa a un desempeño integral, tanto en el mundo académico como del trabajo.
