Identidad-imagen en el comportamiento de compra del consumidor en Cuba

Abstract

La siguiente investigación presenta como objetivo: elaborar un modelo conceptual del papel de la identidad-imagen del comercio minorista de bienes, en el comportamiento de compra del consumidor en Cuba. A partir de la utilización de métodos teóricos y empíricos, se realiza una caracterización del comportamiento de compra de los consumidores en el contexto cubano actual consultando a expertos. Posteriormente se hace un análisis crítico de los diferentes modelos de comportamiento del consumidor, lo cual permite apoyado además de los aspectos conceptuales, hacer la propuesta de un modelo conceptual del papel de la identidad y la imagen del comercio minorista de bienes en el comportamiento de compra del consumidor en el contexto cubano, y el diseño de un instrumento de medición basado en este modelo. Por último, la validación mediante consulta con expertos del modelo propuesto y dicho instrumento.
