Abstract

La protección del patrimonio de los niños y las niñas ha sido preocupación del Derecho de Familia a través de su historia, sin embargo, el tratamiento de esta protección ha evolucionado con el tiempo, junto a la propia evolución de la familia y las relaciones paterno filiales. El tratamiento que el Derecho de Daños realiza de este tema tiene múltiples aristas, desde temas tan novedosos como la capacidad progresiva hasta lograr una 'protección integral al menor'.
