Análisis de procedimientos para la implantación de la gestión de la calidad en organizaciones

Abstract

En la actualidad existe una tendencia a la implantación de sistemas de gestión de la calidad (SGC) en las organizaciones basado en la norma ISO 9001 del 2008, que establece los requisitos que deben cumplir estos sistemas en cualquier organización, sin embargo no precisa el ¿cómo lograrlos?, ni tampoco ¿cómo las organizaciones deberán emprender el proceso de diseño e implantación?, lo que ha ocasionado el desarrollo de varios procedimientos que facilitan la implantación de esta norma y se conviertan en referentes metodológicos para las organizaciones que aspiren a esta meta. Precisamente el objetivo de este artículo se centra en el estudio y análisis de algunas de esas experiencias.
