Modelo para la formación de habilidades gerenciales del licenciado en economía en la universidad cubana

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se realizó un análisis del proceso de formación del Licenciado en Economía desde la apertura de esta carrera en el año 1962 en nuestro país y su situación en las condiciones actuales, se establecen las diferentes etapas por las cuales se ha transitado y se determinan las principales tendencias del mismo las cuales se establecieron utilizando el método histórico tendencial que ponen de manifiesto la importancia que tiene para estos profesionales la formación y desarrollo de habilidades gerenciales que le permita enfrentar el reto de la toma de decisiones para desempeñarse con éxito en las organizaciones contemporáneas y se devela la necesidad de accionar desde el trabajo multidisciplinar para garantizar una preparación en el egresado que responda a las exigencias del modelo del profesional actual. Se ofrecen alternativas y vías que pueden favorecer este proceso en la Universidad de Las Tunas.
