Abstract

La Gestión de Capital Humano como sistema o módulos, constituye un punto clave para realizar un proceso de dirección (administración) eficiente en nuestras instituciones como las facultades universitarias dedicadas a: la formación integral y continua de profesionales, la actividad científica técnica y la extensión universitaria. Se abordan elementos generales de la Gestión y los Sistemas de Gestión de Capital Humano que se adecuan a cada organismo teniendo en cuenta las características particulares de cada una.
