Los retos de la planificación en Cuba en el contexto de las transformaciones en marcha

Abstract

En este ensayo se abordan algunos de los problemas que debe enfrentar el proceso de transformaciones de la economía cubana actual relacionados con la concepción de planificación predominante. Se discuten como antecedentes la noción teórica de planificación difundida, además se analiza brevemente la experiencia cubana, y se someten a debate algunas ideas de cambio relacionadas con la concepción, los procesos, las instituciones y los indicadores.
