Abstract

El tema tratado cuyo titulo responde a: El Principio de Legalidad en el ordenamiento Jurídico Penal Cubano, parte del estudio realizado sobre el principio de legalidad, el que se conforma a partir del cumplimiento de lo regulado expresamente por la ley, por lo que podemos afirmar que lo que no está permitido ha de entenderse prohibido y a su vez ha de entenderse permitido todo lo que no está prohibido.
