El VIH/SIDA y su regulación jurídica en Cuba

Abstract

El tratamiento jurídico cubano respecto al VIH/SIDA es una temática actual que repercute, en gran medida, en el proceso de garantizar una mejor calidad de vida a las individuos que padecen esta enfermedad. Por lo que es de vital importancia el análisis del estado de cumplimiento de los derechos y obligaciones que han de tener las personas que viven con VIH, así como la protección legal que deben disfrutar los ciudadanos cubanos. De manera que se obtuvo una caracterización de las legislaciones sobre la materia en cuestión y se proporcionó un sistema de acciones formativas que permiten fortalecer importantes valores dentro de los propios enfermos del VIH y de la población en general.
