La gestión energética en el contexto empresarial cubano

Abstract

En el trabajo se realiza un análisis bibliográfico para confeccionar un marco teórico referencial que pueda ser utilizado, por estudiantes y profesionales del tema, en la realización de investigaciones vinculadas al sistema de dirección de los procesos que se desarrollan en cualquier organización cubana. Además, se significa la necesidad de elevar el control y la eficiencia en el uso de los portadores energéticos, a partir de la necesidad de desarrollar nuevos indicadores que evalúen el desempeño energético y permita tener concentrada la atención de los dirigentes administrativos en las áreas de mayor consumo, es decir, en las potencialidades de ahorro, de conocer las características del personal que decide la eficiencia en el uso de los portadores en dichas áreas.
