Abstract

En Cuba, el problema de las manifestaciones socioculturales de la marginalidad ha constituido una preocupación por parte del Estado, el Ministerio de Educación y las diferentes organizaciones e instituciones, pues la construcción del proyecto socialista cubano plantea como exigencia la formación de un hombre con convicciones coherentes a partir de las mejores tradiciones éticas y estéticas de nuestra patria. El estudio de los fenómenos sociales ocupa un lugar importante en el contexto de las elaboraciones teóricas de los investigadores en su afán de brindar respuestas a los continuos problemas que emanan del accionar cotidiano; contestaciones que son insuficientes al no proporcionar una solución satisfactoria en el abordaje de las diferentes temáticas.
