Indicadores bibliométricos para determinar el envejecimiento de las referencias bibliográficas

Abstract

Los estudios bibliométricos se encargan de medir cuantitativamente aspectos de los artículos científicos, dentro de estos ocupan un lugar importante los análisis sobre las bibliografías utilizadas para la redacción de los mismos, existen indicadores bibliométricos que permiten conocer cuan envejecida están las referencias que utilizan los autores al momento de su investigación, los resultados que se obtengan pueden contribuir a mejorar normas de publicación y políticas editoriales con tal de estimular la búsqueda de información más actualizada cuando se redacten artículos científicos.
