Procedimiento para la selección de los mercados internacionales de los servicios de gestión medioambiental cubanos

Abstract

La presente investigación se propone diseñar un procedimiento para la selección de mercados internacionales de los servicios de gestión medioambiental cubanos utilizando elementos de la teoría de los subconjuntos borrosos. La teoría de los subconjuntos borrosos es una parte de las matemáticas que se halla perfectamente adaptada al tratamiento tanto de lo subjetivo como de lo incierto. El método Fuzzy-Delphi y el expertón, principales herramientas utilizadas, permiten obtener estimaciones con el rigor técnico necesario a partir de información subjetiva obtenidas de expertos. La aplicación del procedimiento a 61 países confirma la aplicabilidad del mismo, así como su sencillez al ser fácilmente aplicable sobre Microsoft Excel.
