La piratería en Cuba

Abstract

La piratería en Cuba es un artículo que solamente pretende dar una mirada de forma muy general al tema de las violaciones que se cometen contra la facultad exclusiva de reproducción que ostentan los autores, intérpretes y productores de fonogramas, cuya situación se ha visto agravada a partir de la autorización de las actividades por cuenta propia. Para ello lo hemos estructurado en dos epígrafes, el primero referido de forma teórica a la definición de la facultad de reproducción y sus violaciones, y el segundo a el análisis normas vigentes en Cuba y la situación existente actualmente.
