Abstract

Por todos es conocida la importancia que reviste el cuidado y protección del medio ambiente, Cuba es uno de los países signatarios de Convenios y Tratados Internacionales en pos de su conservación y por tanto lo regula además en su legislación nacional, enla Constitucióndela República, la creación dela Ley81/97 'Ley de medio ambiente', la que nos remite al Decreto Ley 200/99 ' De las Contravenciones en materia de Medio Ambiente', como una forma de responsabilidad administrativa por los daños ocasionados al medio ambiente.
