Abstract

El presente trabajo habla sobre el impacto de la reforma educativa en el nivel medio superior sobre el personal docente, así como la importancia de realizar una reforma en las orientaciones de las carreras para formadores así como en los perfiles de egreso de licenciatura, para preparar al futuro docente con herramientas que le permitan adquirir con mayor facilidad las competencias que hoy en día requiere su desempeño ante la demanda educativa.
