La gestión integrada y proactiva de las restricciones físicas. Aplicación en un hotel de Cuba

Abstract

Se presenta un procedimiento para la gestión integral y proactiva de las restricciones físicas en entidades hoteleras, el mismo logra poner en práctica los principios de la teoría de las restricciones en la totalidad de los procesos que integran el flujo logístico a través de lograr expresar tanto la demanda como las capacidades en una misma unidad de medida en función de identificar las restricciones y tomar las medidas correspondiente, desarrollando el análisis tanto en el nivel táctico como en el estratégico, proponiendo además un sistema de indicadores que facilita el control de las acciones diseñadas. El procedimiento propuesto ha sido aplicado con éxito en varias entidades hoteleras del sector turístico.
