De la pedagogía a la andragogía en la educación superior

Abstract

Esta Investigación ha explicado cuál es la base educativa pertinente y necesaria en la formación competencial, a partir de la distinción de los niveles de desarrollo de la persona que participa del proceso educativo, considerando la oferta nacional de programas de Magíster en Educación Superior, Docencia Universitaria y Pedagogía Universitaria. Ilustró especialmente sobre las principales diferencias entre pedagogía y andragogía, respecto a cómo opera y funciona el aprendizaje en los adultos, para lo cual comparó cómo contribuye la pedagogía y la andragogía al aprendizaje del estudiante adulto, desde el análisis de la implementación de metodologías educativas para la formación competencial del docente universitario.
