Abstract

La Mediación Familiar, como método alternativo de solución de conflictos familiares, puede ayudar a las personas inmersas en problemas de índole familiar a resolverlos por sí mismos con la presencia de una tercera persona neutral e imparcial que los guía y los dirige al camino de la solución, logrando además, el restablecimiento de la comunicación entre ellos; y por su gran efectividad, es que se aplica y utiliza en diversos países del mundo.
