Plan De Acción Sobre Capital Humano En El Policlínico Universitario Julián Grimau En Arroyo Naranjo

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se recogen los resultados de estudios realizados a partir la bibliografía especializada sobre el Sistema de Gestión Integral de Recursos Humanos. Estos resultados constituyen los fundamentos teóricos de la tesis de maestría titulada Plan de Acción sobre Capital Humano en el Policlínico Universitario Julián Grimau de Arroyo Naranjo en la Habana. La investigación propone y valida acciones concretas que contribuyen al desarrollo del SGIRH según las características y funciones de esta entidad de la salud. Se aplicaron como técnicas de investigación las encuestas al Consejo de Dirección y a trabajadores. Los resultados del diagnóstico revelaron insuficiencias en la mayoría de los subsistemas. El plan de acción fue elaborado a partir de un apropiado sustento teórico-metodológico. Para su diseño se aplicaron métodos teóricos, empíricos y estadísticos. Se pudo constatar que el plan de acción propuesto contribuye al cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos de la organización. Cuenta con la filosofía de dirección, los objetivos y políticas de la Gestión de Capital Humano, así como con subsistemas conformados por: Competencias Laborales, Selección e Integración, Organización del Trabajo, Seguridad y Salud del Trabajo, Capacitación y Desarrollo, Evaluación del Desempeño, Estimulación Moral y Material, Comunicación Institucional y Autocontrol.
