La Concertación: Herramienta Para La Estrategia De Desarrollo De La Unidad Básica De Producción Cooperativa (Ubpc) Cartagena

Abstract

La intervención se realizó en la UBPC Cartagena perteneciente a la UEB atención al productor 5 de septiembre del municipio Rodas empresa azucarera Cienfuegos, provincia de Cienfuegos, Cuba, durante el período comprendido entre diciembre del 2011 y abril del 2012. El objetivo de la intervención se fundamentó en la gestión del desarrollo local mediante la potenciación de los recursos locales a través la implementación de una estrategia concebida y concertado entre los trabajadores involucrados que promovió la diversificación de la producción agropecuaria al introducir además de la producción cañera, la producción de alimento para su sustento. Para la realización de la caracterización se concretaron los siguientes pasos: Visita previa a la Unidad; Detección de las limitantes técnico-productivas a través de: (Trabajo de grupo, Visitas de comprobación a las áreas agrícolas, Entrevistas estructuradas y no estructuradas a trabajadores, técnicos y directivos; Señalamientos de las visitas de asistencia técnica, Estudios realizados por la investigación científica, Revisión de documentos); Estudio y conciliación de las insuficiencias detectadas; Presentación a la Junta Directiva de la Unidad Productora de los resultados de la caracterización. Preparación de la misma para el taller participativo.
