Abstract

El siguiente artículo es resultado de la revisión bibliográfica respecto al tema de los equipos virtuales y la tipología de conflictos que estós pueden presentar. Dando como resultado un marco teórico que sustente, una alternativa de estudio estudio cuasi-experimental para establecer que nivel y tipos de conflictos se experimentan en los equipos mediados por tecnologías de la información y de la comunicación, estableciendo su influencia en variables como la satisfacción y el desempeño.
