Abstract

La presente ponencia titulada El saneamiento por Evicción. Apuntes necesarios para su posible aplicabilidad a la luz de las nuevas modificaciones en la legislación cubana actual aborda un tema de gran impacto para el Derecho Civil en general y para el derecho de Contratos en particular, sobre todo a la luz de las nuevas modificaciones que en el ámbito sustantivo civil se han suscitado a partir de la implementación de los lineamentos del Partido en nuestro país.
