Acuerdos Marco de Precios Celebrados en el Año 2013 por Colombia Compra Eficiente. Perspectivas en su Utilización

Abstract

La modificación al Estatuto General de Contratación de la Administración Pública incorporó en Colombia los acuerdos marco de precios en las compras estatales, esquema que se desarrolló mediante una metodología exploratoria, con la intención de observar casos conforme a la limitación temporal e identificar variables con ocasión de su celebración y ejecución que incidan en el acceso a las compras gubernamentales, participación y libre competencia, por los eventuales efectos del modelo adoptado en lo jurídico, económico y social, resultados que ampliarán el conocimiento en la utilización del procedimiento referido en el panorama nacional.
