Cooperativas Tecnológicas SSI en Argentina: conocimiento, innovación y apropiación colectiva

Abstract

La industria del Software y Servicios Informáticos (SSI) en Argentina mantiene un crecimiento sostenido. Una tendencia reciente es la conformación de la Federación Argentina de Cooperativas de Trabajo en Tecnología, Innovación y Conocimiento (FACTTIC). La red cuenta con 23 cooperativas diseminadas a lo largo del país. El artículo analiza la evolución de la federación desde 2012 a 2016. Sus estrategias colectivas incluyen proyectos institucionales, laborales, intercooperativos, educativos y culturales. Las cooperativas que conforman la red muestran motivaciones y perfiles diferenciados, desde emprendimientos recientes hasta firmas con alto desempeño productivo e innovador. En su conjunto, el modelo cooperativo basado en tecnologías libres presenta potencialidades para el desarrollo local con inclusión, en un sector intensivo en conocimiento. La investigación en curso toma por base entrevistas a participantes y referentes, análisis de registros web y fuentes secundarias.
