La Relación Del Compromiso Organizacional Con El Nivel De Estudios, La Edad Y El Género En Trabajadores De La Industria Del Calzado En El León, Guanajuato

Abstract

En una muestra de 241 trabajadores de cuatro empresas Pyme de la industria del calzado en León, Guanajuato, se aplicó una herramienta para identificar el Compromiso Organizacional y su relación con tres factores sociodemográficos: nivel de estudios, edad y género. Sólo se encontró una correlación significativa con la edad. También se pudo apreciar algunas diferencias significativas entre la empresa que tiene un mayor perfil de cultura de innovación con las de menor calificación, lo que puede apuntar a que, además de otros factores, el compromiso organizacional influya positivamente en el desarrollo de este tipo de cultura.
