Modelo Conceptual De Desarrollo Inclusivo De Los Territorios Rurales: Un Estudio De Caso

Abstract

El desarrollo de las áreas rurales es el gran reto de los países menos avanzados para crecer en la senda del desarrollo y bienestar de sus ciudadanos. Mientras persistan grandes bolsas de pobreza y amplias desigualdades con respecto a las ciudades, el desarrollo no será posible. La multicausalidad de este problema invita a realizar estudios en profundidad mediante nuevas aproximaciones que nos ayuden a identificar los factores relevantes que desencadenan estos procesos en las áreas rurales. En este artículo se utiliza el modelo conceptual como medio para identificar diferentes variables o constructos que mediante relaciones de causalidad nos pueden ayudar a identificar los factores éxito de los procesos de desarrollo de las áreas rurales. Por último, se estudia el caso de la provincia de Chefchaouen (Marruecos), donde la actividad turística es de gran relevancia para la economía local.
