Proyecto Estratégico Para Un Sistema De Información Medioambiental

Abstract

Este documento muestra algunos de los problemas reales en la Empresa Constructora de Obras de Arquitectura 44 de la provincia de Villa Clara, la cual a pesar de tener una política, visión y misión medioambiental no cumple con las exigencias de los actuales momentos al no contar con un sistema de gestión de la información, se buscan alternativas y un plan para mejorar los procesos y a la vez que se erradiquen los problemas. Este trabajo muestra algunos procesos llevados a cabo con el fin de determinar el proyecto estratégico más óptimo para la compañía en su futuro para aumentar las ganancias y beneficios en un término relativamente corto de tiempo que ayude a la organización a elevar sus fortalezas y su posición en el ambiente competitivo dentro y fuera del país.
