Status De La Infraestructura Pública En Las Entidades Más Desarrolladas De México. Análisis De Baja California Sur (Bcs)

Abstract

En diversas teorías se reconoce que el grado de cobertura en materia de infraestructura educativa, salud y comunicaciones, condiciona en nivel de desarrollo de un país. Al incidir en el nivel de competitividad, la productividad, la captación de inversión privada y la generación de empleos. Tomando en cuenta lo anterior, en este artículo se analiza el impacto de la infraestructura en el nivel de desarrollo de BCS, uno de los estados con mayor ÍNDICE DE DESARROLLO HUMANO (IDH) de México. Para ello, se estudian y comparan datos estadísticos de indicadores claves. Los cuales indican que, pese a que BCS ha experimentado un acelerado proceso de modernización en sus vías de comunicación e infraestructura pública, aún no posee una infraestructura suficientemente sólida, que le permita competir a nivel internacional e incluso regional en algunos nichos de la actividad primaria, industrial y comercial.
