El Derecho Al Medio Ambiente: Su Regulación Constitucional

Abstract

Aunque esta tercera generación de derechos incluyó varias nuevas figuras de derechos este trabajo hará referencia al Derecho al medio ambiente. El derecho a un medio ambiente equilibrado o sano, es indiscutible que constituye un derecho fundamental de la persona reconocido constitucionalmente en la mayoría de los países del mundo, por ello, debe ser estrictamente respetado. El avance científico y la tecnología han hecho que este derecho esté siendo vulnerado, porque el hombre de estos tiempos con su vasto conocimiento, está en plena capacidad de destruir el medio ambiente si así lo quisiera.
