Abstract

En la cooperativa de trabajo todos y cada uno de sus miembros trabaja sólo y exclusivamente porque son asociados y son asociados porque se comprometieron empresarial -no laboralmente- a aportar en la misma sus esfuerzos destrezas y capacidades personales independientes. De ahí la clara ajenidad de todo vinculo o relación laboral de estas empresas que vienen actuando secularmente en el ámbito de una economía civil, mas solidaria e inclusiva.
