Abstract

Observatorio Iberoamericano del Desarrollo Local y la Economía Social. Artículo de Daniel Elías Plotinsky. En noviembre de 1958 se realizó en la ciudad de Rosario el Congreso Argentino de Cooperativas. El mismo fue la culminación de un intenso trabajo que se desplegó desde abril y se expresó en la actividad de una Comisión Organizadora, gran cantidad de encuentros zonales y una Conferencia preparatoria nacional en la que se debatieron los principales problemas sociales y económicos de nuestro país, los caminos para resolverlos y el aporte que podían hacer las entidades cooperativas de crédito.
