Abstract

La gran competitividad del mercado y la variedad de productos y servicios ha impulsado a los empresarios a valerse de todos los avances técnicos disponibles para la implantación y evolución de los mismos, por lo que han acudido a las marcas no tradicionales, alejándose de los signos que pueden percibirse por la vista, para apegarse a otros sentidos como el olfato, que les permite cautivar mayor número de clientes.
