Abstract

La política exterior de todo país está vinculada a su política interior y debe estar en función de esta última, por ser la expresión o vía de realización de los intereses nacionales del Estado, es decir, de la clase que detenta el poder en un momento determinado, analizándolo desde una óptica marxista. En los siglos XIX y XX, en opinión del teórico Williams Hazleton, se configura una percepción de las relaciones internacionales “estado céntricas”, fundadas en el Estado y realizadas por él como un ente impersonal.
