Abstract

Las Micro, Pequeñas y Medianas Empresas constituyen hoy una de las fortalezas económicas y sociales de Ecuador. Atender oportunamente las variables del comportamiento organizacional puede ser una de las claves para lograr su emancipación y permanencia en el mercado. La presente investigación realiza un análisis del estado actual de las PYMES, identifica los principales problemas que afrontan, se evalúan las variables del comportamiento organizacional y se proponen un conjunto de buenas prácticas para su aplicación. Siendo el objetivo de la presente investigación identificar las variables del comportamiento organizacional en las PYMES de Ecuador que pueden impactar de forma positiva en su desarrollo. Para la identificación de las variables se contó con un panel de expertos representantes de algunas de las provincias de Ecuador y se aplicó el método Delphi para llegar a un conceso.
