Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo diseñar un Plan de Negocio para la creación de un centro de auxilio médico inmediato en las salas de espera de las terminales aeroportuarias. Para el desarrollo del trabajo se aplicó el tipo de investigación descriptiva y exploratoria la misma que facilitó la búsqueda de las causas del problema de estudio, el entorno en el cual se desarrolla, así como también contribuyó a identificar las necesidades del consumidor, detectando de esta manera una nueva oportunidad de negocio.
