Análisis de la implementación del sistema de mercadotecnia en la empresa

Abstract

El presente estudio es resultado de una investigación realizada en la empresa Cítricos Ceiba, que tuvo como objetivo analizar la implementación del sistema de mercadotecnia como uno de los sistemas que conforman el Perfeccionamiento Empresarial, para ello se tuvo en cuenta el cumplimiento de los artículos 653, 666 y 670 del Decreto No. 281 “anotado y concordado†como documento normativo de este proceso. En la investigación de utilizó el método de expertos, a través de cuestionarios y entrevistas a directivos y especialistas de la entidad. En el análisis se exponen las principales dificultades que presentan cada uno de estos artículos, concluyendo que el artículo 666 es el que más dificultades presenta al no tener la empresa elaborado un plan de mercadotecnia, además existen acciones y tareas establecidas en dicho decreto que no son cumplidas por la empresa.
