Diseño de un manual de procesos para la empresa Cornejo & Iglesias Asociados S.A

Abstract

El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo diseñar un manual de procesos para la empresa Cornejo & Iglesias Asociados S.A. con la finalidad de formalizar y definir las acciones, funciones y responsabilidades que cada trabajador en el área administrativa/financiera de la compañía deberá desarrollar ya que se pueden presentar situaciones de duda en el proceso de facturación de la institución, y se buscara reducir el número de trámites facturados con retrasos que generan el cierre del crédito con los almacenes temporales. Se empleará las técnicas de observación en cada uno de los cargos que se ven involucrados en el proceso y las entrevistas de igual manera para obtener la información necesaria y oportuna y así desarrollar el manual del proceso. Esto permitirá ofrecer un servicio eficiente con un valor agregado para los clientes quienes buscan que, a más de recibir una asesoría oportuna y calificada, le brinden un servicio ágil que presente de una manera mínima inconvenientes por errores en los procesos.
