Responsabilidiade social corporativa e sustentabilidade: uma investigação das atividades sustentáveis no setor varejista

Abstract

O presente trabalho busca discorrer sobre a importância da responsabilidade social corporativa (RSC) e analisar como são desenvolvidas as ações de RSC orientadas para a sustentabilidade em um supermercado. O potencial varejista para as práticas de responsabilidade social é demonstrado nesta pesquisa, cujo método foi constituído por um estudo de caso realizado na região Sudeste do Estado do Paraná. Os resultados deste estudo corroboram que as práticas sustentáveis realizadas pela empresa são bem vistas por seus colaboradores e os incentivam a cooperar de forma mais efetiva, também foi possível perceber que a responsabilidade social corporativa (RSC) favorece as empresas e seus colaboradores sob o enfoque ético, beneficiando a comunidade em que se encontra inserida.
