Contribución a la determinación de la capacidad de producción en empresas de proyectos

Abstract

La temática de la Planificación Empresarial adquiere en la actualidad gran importancia como parte de la planificación nacional y el plan económico. Alcanzar la eficiencia para establecer metas correctas y después optar por los medios necesarios para alcanzar dichas metas, es un criterio esencial en este proceso. El estudio realizado tiene como objetivo perfeccionar el proceso de Planificación Empresarial en la Empresa de Proyectos. Se plasma la base teórica de la Planificación Empresarial, así como el proceso lógico de la misma. Se expone todo el proceso de planificación y los lineamientos que sirven de guía para la realización del Plan Técnico-Económico. Por último, se analiza el à ndice de Capacidad Productiva (Icp) como indicador innovador de ayuda al desarrollo de la empresa.
