Plan de marketing para el bufete colectivo del municipio Holguín, Cuba

Abstract

La investigación fue desarrollada en el Bufete Colectivo del municipio Holguín, Cuba, organización no gubernamental encargada de prestar servicios legales, el diagnóstico realizado permitió definir insuficiencias en su gestión comercial, tales como: desconocimiento en la población de los servicios que se prestan, problemas con la contratación, inexistencia de estrategias comerciales que permitan coordinar los esfuerzos de la organización, entre otros. Por lo que se define como objetivo general proponer un plan de marketing para el Bufete que contribuya a un mejor conocimiento por parte de sus clientes y a aumentar sus ingresos. Para darle cumplimiento al objetivo y solución al problema se utilizaron métodos teóricos y empíricos, y una amplia revisión bibliográfica del objeto de estudio que permitió aplicar un procedimiento acorde con las características del sector jurídico y las particularidades del Bufete.
