Marketing interno para el incremento de la productividad en la logística de la distribuidora farmacéutica ecuatoriana

Abstract

La Distribuidora Farmacéutica Ecuatoriana DIFARE S.A. es la empresa líder a nivel nacional, en la distribución de medicamentos, cuenta con el mayor número de franquiciados, además de las empresas anexas que maneja como lo son: Pharmacy´s, Cruz azul, Dro mayor, Comunitarias, Dires; cuenta con 35 años en el mercado ecuatoriano y está plenamente posicionada. Debido al alto número de clientes, también cuenta con una alta cifra de pedidos, que necesitan ser atendidos y en ello recae el tema central, la excesiva demanda genera sobrecarga laboral y para cubrir dichas necesidades, deberá extender su jornada, impactando su calidad de vida y compromiso con la organización, desembocando en un ausentismo masivo.
