Alternativas de soluciones a los problemas empresariales

Abstract

La presente investigación, fue realizada en la Empresa Varis, localizada en el cantón Cevallos, de la provincia de Tungurahua de la república del Ecuador, con el objeto de establecer alternativas a solucionar sus problemas de carácter técnico, administrativo, de comercialización y financieros. Para cumplir con este objetivo, se realizaron mesas de trabajo entre los funcionarios, empleados y trabajadores de la empresa en forma independiente y de acuerdo a las áreas de trabajo, estructurando en cada caso árboles de problemas, los mismos que fueron construyéndose con la aportación de los presentes, quienes al mismo tiempo que confirmaban el problema, indicaban las causas y de esta manera se presenta mediante los árboles de problemas el diagnóstico situacional de la empresa en los ámbitos Tecnológico, Administrativo, de Comercialización y Financiero; y, con esta información se elaboró el à rbol de Problemas Consolidado.
