Abstract

El artículo aborda el estudio de los procesos de transformación productiva a escala subnacional. El trabajo parte del reconocimiento de la necesidad de estudiar las formas para dinamizar las capacidades productivas locales mediante procesos basados en ciencia, tecnología e innovación. En primer lugar, se presentan los principales elementos teóricos conceptuales para el análisis contextualizado. Posteriormente, se procede a identificar los principales desafíos y las potencialidades en base a las características de la estructura productiva de la Provincia de Buenos Aires y su inserción internacional.
