Abstract

Venezuela enfrenta una crisis económica, política y social lo que ocasionó que varias personas decidieran salir de su país escapando del problema que actualmente viven, siendo Ecuador uno de los países que los migrantes venezolanos han escogido como destino para vivir en un tiempo indefinido. El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar las consecuencias del ingreso masivo de migrantes venezolanos al territorio ecuatoriano específicamente en el sector laboral, como ha cambiado este sector antes de la migración, como después de dicha migración. Ya que Ecuador enfrenta un incremento excesivo de la migración Venezolana que se ha presentado durante varios años, pero no se ha presentado tanto como en la actualidad. Se utilizará una metodología descriptiva para conocer la situación con la que se trabajará obteniendo ciertas descripciones que permitan desarrollar, describir, plantear ideas, soluciones y conclusiones de manera clara, breve y precisa mediante extensa revisión bibliográfica.
