Abstract

El trabajo de investigación que se lleva cabo tiene como objetivo desarrollar un modelo de negocio para el emprendimiento de los microempresarios del sector Primavera 2 del cantón Durán. La idea principal es descubrir cuales son las falencias que tienen las personas del sector de estudio al momento de ejecutar una idea de negocio y brindarles ayuda con el fin de que sus emprendimientos generen sustentabilidad y sostenibilidad. De acuerdo a la metodología empleada se considera necesario diseñar diversos procesos de capacitación en los cuales se brinde una guía a los emprendedores basado en el modelo CANVAS para estructurar de manera correcta su idea y que esta pueda ser aplicada eficientemente según la realidad, tanto del país, como del emprendedor.
